Like many other Flighties, Rosie embarked on her FCTG adventure as a consultant in a Flight Centre store, driven by a passion for travel. From there, Rosie’s drive to continuously grow led her to pursue opportunities with our First & Business specialist brands, which opened the doors to the world of endless opportunities within FCTG.
Making the move to First & Business unearthed a newfound love for building supplier relationships which has driven Rosie's career forward. Her career trajectory continued with a move into FCTG's Supply function, securing a role in European procurement. Rosie's global perspective expanded during a pre-COVID stint as Flight Centre UK's Destination Owner for the Americas, where she navigated the intricacies of travel in diverse markets.
During the pandemic, eager to advance her career within FCTG's Supply function, Rosie remotely joined the Global Land Supply (GLS) team. Here, she played a pivotal role in strategically maximizing hotel content for the Caribbean, Mexico, and the Americas.
Throughout Rosie's tenure at Flight Centre Travel Group, she found herself surrounded by a culture that actively encouraged taking new opportunities. With her peers nurturing her professional growth and consistently urging her to explore new challenges.
"The best advice I have been given in my career is to keep adding strings to your bow! Look at opportunities for what you might be able to gain in personal development."
Moving forward to 2022, Rosie embraced a new challenge, making her debut on the corporate side of the business as the Global Product Marketing Manager. Her role fostered collaboration between two of Flight Centre Travel Group's corporate brands; FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller with our Air and Land Supply teams.

Earlier this year, Rosie transitioned into her current role as the Europe Content Strategy Leader, leading the Revenue Management team with a focus on air content and pricing strategy. Her dedication to her team, along with her collaborative efforts with commercial air teams and corporate brands, reflects her commitment to aligning strategies and optimising content for enhanced profitability.
"Being able to make data-led decisions, set strategies, and then see their impact in near-real-time is a great responsibility and very rewarding.”
Reflecting on her current role, Rosie finds joy not only in overseeing air content and pricing strategy but also in the collaborative spirit, diverse skill sets, and shared commitment to excellence that characterize her dynamic team.
"My team is incredible, and I'm loving being back in management after some time on 'solo missions'!"
Beyond the professional aspects, Rosie sheds light on the enjoyable work environment at FCTG, emphasizing the vibrant and supportive community that fosters an atmosphere where colleagues not only collaborate but also enjoy their professional journey together.
"It's so nice to come to work and know you'll be working with friends."
