We are thrilled to shine a spotlight today on Alana Kerr and the invaluable contributions she brings to Flight Centre Travel Group in New Zealand.
Alana's recent transition to a new role within our FCM brand, as their newest Operations Leader, not only exemplifies her adaptability but also underscores her unwavering commitment to developing the proficiencies of her team. It fills us with immense pride to witness the remarkable milestones she has accomplished throughout her journey with us.
"I started with FCM around 8 years ago as a Travel Manager in one of the private teams, and a few months later I became the TL of that team. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience that allowed me to grow professionally and personally. After my first full year as Team Leader, I qualified for Global as 'the most Productive Corporate team in NZ', a testament to the hard work and commitment of my team. I continued to lead them for a total of 7 years before recently accepting the newly created role of AOG Operations Leader for FCM.
Corporate travel has always been a passion of mine, and I feel fortunate to be able to pursue my passion within the company. I also really love helping and developing people, so my role as TL has allowed me to do just that in an environment that I love and thrive in."
