Sarah started her Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) journey in early 2014 after returning from an overseas holiday and feeling deflated in her current job with nowhere to progress. A tip from her friend telling her that Flight Centre had the career progression opportunities she was looking for, combined with her love of travel, Sarah knew she needed to apply.
In February, Flight Centre was thrilled to welcome its very first novice recruit in almost a year. Tara Nguyen became the brand’s first post-COVID recruit and her first day as a Flight Centre consultant was 16 February 2021.
