Meet Team Leader Rhys D’Silva! After trying out a variety of jobs from hospitality to fitness, Rhys joined Flight Centre. Now, just a year and a half later, he’s been promoted from Consultant to Team Leader. In our chat with Rhys, we ask him to share a bit about the culture and day-to-day life at Flight Centre.

As a leader, I always try to take note of everyone’s superpowers. We all come from different career backgrounds and it’s important that everyone can use their skills to contribute. I decided to work in travel after my first ever international trip. I won an award for being a top performer at my former job in retail sales and the company rewarded me with a free trip to Europe.
